Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. We recommend you print or save a copy for future reference.

2. Forming a Contract

Full payment (including delivery costs) must be received before we process your order.

Your order is considered an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance.

3. Ordering and Payment

Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Worldpay. For telephone orders, we process your payment via Worldpay and securely destroy your card details afterwards.

We never see or store your full financial details.

Our payment systems are checked regularly to ensure compliance with payment security standards.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown on our website in GBP.

VAT will be applied where required by law. For overseas orders, VAT may be exempt if a valid registration number is supplied.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before accepting an order.

Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail First Class. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after delivery has been made in accordance with your instructions.

6. Cancellation Rights (Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging at your own cost (unless faulty).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof of return.

7. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your order if:

Items are out of stock,

Delivery is not possible to your location, or

There is a pricing or product description error.

If we cancel, we will notify you and refund any payment within 14 days.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, in unused condition and with original tags/packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.

For faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.

Please note: our seed paper is not edible.

9. Ownership of Rights

All rights in this website and its content (including copyright) belong to Willsow Limited or its licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Modification, distribution, or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

10. Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

Colours may vary slightly depending on display settings.

We cannot guarantee that all descriptions are entirely error-free and reserve the right to correct errors without liability.

11. Liability

We are only responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms.

We are not liable for:

Business-related losses (including loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill), delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will still apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always apply.

No third party has rights under these Terms.
